By accessing our site or scheduling a service, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure a clear understanding between us and our clients, and to help us provide the best possible service.

Access to Property
​
By scheduling service with us, you grant our technicians permission to access and treat the designated areas of your residential property. Our technicians are not permitted (and will not attempt) to enter your home . If access is denied (for example, due to a locked gate or unrestrained pets), the service may be postponed or cancelled, and a cancellation or trip fee may apply . It is your responsibility to ensure our technicians can safely reach the areas to be treated.

Waste Disposal Policy
​
Clean Turf STL does not remove waste from the property. For your convenience, all collected waste will be securely double-bagged and placed in your designated trash bin or another location of your choosing on the property. If your trash bins are stored inside a garage or fenced area, we kindly ask that you place one outside on your scheduled service day so we can properly dispose of the waste. If no specific instructions are provided, we will place the double-bagged waste in the nearest accessible area on your property.

Payment and Cancellation
​
Payment for services is due at or before the time of service. If you sign up for recurring service, charges will recur on the agreed schedule until you cancel. For monthly service plans, billing typically occurs at the start of each month. To avoid being charged for a scheduled service, you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the service date . If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee may apply. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service if payment is not received as required.
Pricing
Our pricing is based on the size of the area to be treated (for example, the yard or property size) and the service frequency . Prices are subject to change; we will notify you of any changes before they take effect. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the agreed service cost. If payment is not received in full, we reserve the right to delay or halt service until payment is made.

Service Area and Scheduling
​
Service days will be scheduled based on our availability and operational needs . We do not guarantee a specific arrival time, but we will notify you of the scheduled service day and provide an approximate time window by text or email . You are responsible for notifying us at least 7 days in advance of any changes to your service needs or property (for example, adding a pet or changing your address) . If you must cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice to avoid fees.

Complimentary Cleanup Offer
​
On occasion, we may offer one complimentary cleanup as part of a promotion. This “Free Cleanup” is limited to one per address and requires scheduling at a regular service frequency. To qualify, you may need to commit to at least one month of service. If you cancel service immediately after the complimentary cleanup or before using your next scheduled service, you will be charged for the cleanup at our standard rate . All free or promotional cleanups are subject to company approval and can be modified or withdrawn at any time.
Inclement Weather and Holidays
In the event of severe or dangerous weather conditions (such as heavy snow, freezing rain, or extreme cold), we reserve the right to postpone or reschedule services out of an abundance of caution . If a service falls on a major U.S. federal holiday, we will typically resume service on the next business day. Customer payments are not reduced or refunded for days when service is canceled due to weather or holidays, since additional work may be needed when we resume.

Service Interruptions
We may take scheduled breaks during the year (for example, company vacations). If your service date falls during such a break, we will notify you and arrange an alternative appointment. In case of emergencies (natural disasters, severe weather, or other unforeseen events), we reserve the right to suspend services. We will inform you as soon as possible and either reschedule your service or credit your account for missed visits . Your payment will be held in trust and applied once services can safely resume.

Customer Responsibilities
​
• Pet Safety and Access: Secure any dogs or other pets in your home or a separate area during our visit to avoid injury or stress . You are responsible for any injury to our staff caused by your pets.
• Unobstructed Access: Keep gates unlocked or provide access codes so our technician can enter the service area. If our technician cannot access the yard, service may be canceled or rescheduled, and a trip fee may be charged .
• Yard Maintenance: Keep the service area free of excessive clutter (toys, debris) and mow grass to a reasonable height so we can perform the service effectively . Additional fees may apply if the area is not accessible or requires extra labor.
• Notify Changes: Inform us at least 7 days in advance if you add new pets or relocate to a new address. New addresses must be within our service area or the service may be modified or cancelled . Pricing or service frequency may change based on the new property’s size and layout.

Liability and Indemnification
​
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services . You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or damages arising out of your violation of these Terms . In other words, you waive any right to sue us for issues caused by factors outside our control, and you will reimburse us for any losses caused by your breach of these terms.

Modifications to Terms
​
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time . Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect for services rendered after the update. We encourage you to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law
​
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts of that state.
